Goods purchased via the Website (http://www.JetTec-Ink.co.uk)

1. All goods purchased from JetTec-Ink(co.uk) carry a 12 month guarantee against defective manufacture or materials.
2. In the case of Electronic equipment, JetTec-Ink(co.uk) will replace faulty goods if returned within 28 days of purchase, after 28 days we reserve the right to return the faulty unit to the manufacturer for repair.
3. JetTec-Ink(co.uk) offer a 7 day money back guarantee. You may return any item purchased from our website , without stating a reason, providing the goods are in the same condition that they were supplied in, for a full refund. The 7 day period for this guarantee will commence the day after you receive the goods. Please see item 15 for details of refunds. Please note that we record ALL serial numbers from equipment we send out.
4. If goods you order are not available from our stock for immediate delivery, we will offer an alternative, the option to wait for us to get the stock or immediate full refund. If goods are out of stock we guarantee a refund will be issued within 24 hours. If you opt to wait for us to get the stock, we will give you an expected delivery time which we will do our utmost to adhere to, but this cannot be a guaranteed delivery time, however, you may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving the goods from us and receive a full refund.
5. The descriptions used on the website to describe functions, accessories and physical size or weight of the goods we sell are to the best of our knowledge, accurate. Due to manufacture some products may have slight differences, this is beyond our control. Please see our 7 day money back guarantee, item 3 above.
6. Prices advertised on our website are correct when the page is published, we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice. Any prices quoted to include delivery, only include delivery within mainland UK. Delivery outside of UK may incur a surcharge.
7. Goods remain the property of JetTec-Ink(co.uk) until they are paid for in full.
8. Methods of payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron, JCB and Maestro cards alternatively you may pay by Cheque or bankers draft.

Refunds:
9. Refunds will be completed in the same manner in which you paid. i.e.. If you paid by Visa, your refund will be to your Visa card, if you paid by cheque, you will receive a cheque. Etc.
10. Refunds will be completed by us within 30 days of us receiving the goods back.
11. In the case of returned goods you will be responsible for their return to us. We recommend using registered or recorded post.
12. Refunds against cheques will not be issued until the cheque has cleared at our bank.

14. you will receive acknowledgment of your complaint within 5 working days.
15 . We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days of us receiving them.
16. Complaints may be passed to the proprietor of the business in full confidentiality by contacting Mr Gavin Mealing at the address or telephone number in item 20.
17. If you feel we are not acting fairly, then we invite you to contact the local Citizens Advice Bureau, the local Trading Standards Office or Which? for advice. The contact details of these bodies are published on our web site and can be found by following the "Legal" link from the main page.
18. Customer service is available from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our code of practice:
19. The above rules are our business rules, and are designed to provide a safe environment for you to shop remotely.
20 . Your Statutory Rights are not Affected by our business rules.
