  1. How come i have to pay for delivery? some online shops deliver free.
    Mostly, when you buy a product that includes delivery the price you pay is higher. If you buy multiples of the same product that have a higher price to include delivery then you are paying delivery several times. We charge one fee for delivery regardless of the number of items you buy - so buy 5 cartridges and pay for delivery only once, not 5 times.

  2. When will my order arrive?
    We work Mon-Fri. If you place an order before 2PM it is usually dispatched the same day, after 2PM is usually dispatched the next day, except Fridays when an order placed after 2PM would normally be dispatched the following Monday.

  3. What are the status mails I have received?
    When you place an order it will go through the following steps -

    1. Nochex Processing (Thank you! you attempted to place an order and pay at Nochex. If this is the only message you get then your order was unsuccessful - this normally happens when you do not complete payment; You should receive this message AND the one below)
    2. Nochex Authorised (Thanks! you paid for your order and we have received confirmation from Nochex. We can now process your order and get it sent out to you.)
    3. Passed to Warehouse (The warehouse now have your order)
    4. Dispatched (The courier has collected your goods and they are en route)

    You may see other status messages such as;

    1. Pending Response (We have mailed you and are waiting for a reply)
    2. No Stock XX Days (Out of stock - stock should be available in XX days. ie No Stock 3 Days - we should have stock in 3 days.)
    3. Cancelled (either you or us has cancelled the order)
    4. Refunded (we have processed a refund on your order)

  4. Can I get a copy Invoice
    Yes, just let us know you need one. Please note we are not VAT registered.
