Deliveries

Goods ordered before 2pm are normally shipped the same day.
Goods ordered after 2pm are usually shipped the following day.
Orders of under 10 items will cost £4.00 p&p and will be 1st class parcel post.
Orders of 11 Items or more will cost £8.70 and will be sent by courier.
Delivery time is 2-5 days, however in most instances delivery is overnight from point of dispatch. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

A brief bit about delivery...
There are 2 ways for any retail business to cover the cost of delivery, either build it in to the price of the goods or charge for it seperately. The reason we charge for it seperately is because if you buy more than one product you would be paying delivery more than once - but only recveiving one parcel. We offer value for money and hope our shipping policy reflects this.

Returns

Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number available from Customer Service by either E mail or telephone.

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery. Under NO circumstances will we refund or exchange items lost in transit.
